The Original Virtual Tour Experience
Matterport is a 3D render of the interior of the home and outputs an interactive walkthrough at the pace of the viewer. While this can be a great way to let people “choose their own adventure”, please note that a 3D Zillow Tour does the same thing, and Matterport is no longer accepted on Zillow.
Zillow 3d Tour vs. Matterport?
- Zillow Tour comes with a complimentary interactive floor plan vs. the 2D plan you can get with Matterport for an additional fee
- There are no recurring costs with Zillow's 3D Tour. If you want to use a Matterport in your portfolio there is a recurring yearly cost
- Matterport is no longer allowed on Zillow which limits your visibiilty

Matterport tours take between 30-60 minutes, depending on the size of the home
What prep is required for a Matterport Tour?
What you see in person is what you will see on the 3D Tour. The visuals cannot be edited, items removed, etc.

Is there a recurring fee to keep the tour live?
Yes, there is a recurring fee to keep the tour live past the first year.
Can I post Matterport tours to Zillow?
Unfortunately, no. Matterport tours can no longer be uploaded to Zillow. We do offer the approved Zillow 3D tour here.
