We serve most of Southern California, with primary coverage in the greater LA area including:

  • Orange County to the southeast
  • Long Beach to Rancho Palos Verdes on the south end
  • Santa Monica, Brentwood, and the West Side
  • San Fernando and San Gabriel Valleys

We work primarily with real estate agents for single-family residential listings, but frequently work directly with builders, contractors, and on larger projects. In special situations, we may also work directly with homeowners.

  • For homeowners: Our services cover photo/video capture and editing only. You are responsible for downloading and uploading the material to listing sites.

Yes. We are FAA-certified pilots operating under 14 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 107, which means we follow FAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance for commercial drone operations. We are fully insured, and after over 4 years of flying and nearly 1,000 flights (as of 2026), we have no incidents to report. We are experienced and qualified Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) pilots.

We offer two aerial services:

  • Aerial Photography – Available as an add-on to any photo shoot
  • Aerial Video – Included in our Spotlight, Executive, and Signature videos, or available as an add-on to any photoshoot

Standalone photography services do not include aerial photos, but you can add them on for an additional fee when booking your shoot. Our photo/video packages include aerial photography at no additional cost.

Photography packages include interior and exterior images on the ground. You can add aerial photos to your order for $200 extra.

Yes, we offer both. However, we recommend Zillow 3D Tours for several reasons:

  • No recurring costs – Unlike Matterport, there are no ongoing fees, so you can keep the tour in your portfolio indefinitely after the listing closes
  • Interactive Floor Plan included – Provided at no additional cost
  • Additional exposure – Tours are featured on Zillow’s platform

Note: As of 2026, Zillow does not allow Matterport tours to be uploaded to their platform.

Yes, we offer Twilight Photography in two different forms: (1) Virtual Twilight; and (2) In-Person Twilight.

The Virtual Twilight consists of daytime exterior shots that we edit in post-production to appear as though they were taken in the evening. While not as good as the In-Person Twilight (in terms of authenticity), it is a cheaper option and allows for more flexibility with scheduling.

You can’t beat a real In-Person Twilight shot though – in terms of quality and authenticity, so we always recommend this option if quality is important. Also we recommend the In-Person Twilight method if any large view will be part of the shot. While the Virtual Twilight focuses on the house and some landscape lighting directly in front of it, it can’t be used to replicate, for example, an evening view of a valley, with all the tens of thousands of lights. Please keep this in mind when choosing which type of twilight service to order.

Yes. We offer two options:

  • Amenity Service – For capturing community features and common areas (typically photography)
  • Location Footage – For capturing areas outside the community, such as nearby neighborhoods, parks, shopping, or other local features

Both services can be added to your order for an additional fee.

We offer limited re-shoots for an additional fee, subject to availability and location. This is typically done when improvements have been made to the property after the initial photo shoot.

Yes, we do provide ballpark square footage based on our measurements. These are for reference only and should not be used as official listing information. For accuracy, please refer to your assessor or surveyor.

Our floor plans are designed to show the overall layout and interior dimensions of the spaces.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any brochures or other print materials. The print source we always use and recommend is MyPrintXpress.

Yes, every photo or video shoot includes a free property website.

Video + Photo Package orders – Receive a complimentary custom .com with the property address (e.g., 1234Broadway.com) valid for one year, renewable for an additional fee.

Individual service orders – Property website is included free, but the custom .com domain is available for an additional cost (also valid for one year with renewal option).

All custom domains must be renewed for an additional fee after the initial 1 year term

Our property websites are only available as an add-on to our photo or video services.

We offer next-day delivery standard on all photo shoots, unless otherwise specified.

We occasionally offer pre-shoot consultations when our schedule allows, but only for clients booking our Signature Video

We may offer discounts for multiple shoots scheduled on the same day, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Discounts are most likely when properties are in close proximity and require standard service levels (not special requests or extended shoots).

We generally do not offer discounts for fewer photos. The majority of our time is spent driving to and from the property—often substantially more time than the actual shoot. Whether we capture 3 or 15 images, there is a minimum charge for the service.

Potential exception: If we’re already scheduled to shoot your property or another client’s property in your area, contact us to discuss potential options.

Our prices are firm. While you may find lower-priced options, consider what you’re getting overall: quality, turnaround time, expertise, customer service, and the complete client experience.

We’re not just providing media—we’re a professional, dependable extension of your team. Our goal is to help you achieve your marketing objectives with consistency and reliability.

If price is your primary concern, there are many photographers to choose from. But if you’re looking for a trusted partner who will deliver exceptional results the first time—especially for your important clients and listings—our experience and service level are worth the investment.

Booking & Payment

Our online booking system accepts reservations up to 2 weeks in advance. If you need to lock in a date further out, please email or call us directly.

  • Minimum notice: 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • Recommended: Book at least 7 days in advance, especially if you need a specific day or time.

After submitting your shoot request we’ll respond by email within the hour to:

  • Verify the services you requested
  • Lock in a day and time that works for you and your client
  • Answer any additional questions about the shoot

After the shoot is completed, we’ll send an invoice that can be paid online via credit card. All deliverables are locked until payment is received.

No deposit is required for standard services (as of 2026). However, we may require a deposit for larger or custom projects on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling is easy. Log into the REWS Media app or online system (use the same login/password when booking the shoot, navigate to your property, and click the “Reschedule” button to select a new day and time.

Note: If you’re rescheduling within 1-2 days of your shoot, availability may be limited. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the shoot time may incur an additional fee at our discretion.

If the weather isn’t suitable for the shoot, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule based on availability.

Preparation & Shoot Day

The property should be 100% ready when your photographer arrives—think of it like an open house. Anything you wouldn’t want a potential buyer to see should be cleaned, removed, or staged before the shoot.

Important: We shoot with wide-angle lenses, so items may appear in backgrounds or edges of photos even if they seem out of the way. When in doubt, clean it or remove it.

Our shoots run on strict time schedules, and we typically cannot make adjustments or wait for last-minute preparations on-site.

Please share these preparation guidelines with your clients, but verify the home is shoot-ready yourself before the appointment:

Shoot Prep Checklist

No. You can either meet us on-site or arrange lockbox access to the property.

If using a lockbox: Provide all access codes (front gate, lockbox) and locations before the shoot day.

If meeting us on-site: Most agents prefer to meet us for our initial walkthrough to share their input and priorities, then leave us to focus on capturing the property. This gives you the opportunity to provide direction while allowing us to work efficiently.If not meeting us on-site: Please provide all shooting instructions before the shoot day.

Shoot time varies based on services and property size:

  • 15-20 photos: Approximately 45 minutes
  • 35+ photos: 2+ hours
  • Photo/video packages: 3-6 hours, depending on package and home size

We use a combination of natural light and flash. As of January 2026, current trends favor natural light (lights off) when available, with flash used to supplement darker rooms and areas.

If you specifically want all lights on in the photos, please add that to the notes when booking your sheet.

The entire property should be completely prepped and staged before we arrive.

We do our best work when we can focus on shooting rather than waiting for preparations. Our shoots run on strict time schedules, and on-site prep work reduces the amount of property we can capture.

If the property won’t be ready, please reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. You’ll get the best results when everything is 100% prepped before we arrive. Please see our prep checklist for details.

We begin each shoot with a 10-15 minute walkthrough (depending on property size) to discuss angles, what to avoid, and what to highlight. Please share all your preferences and priorities during this time, and we’ll incorporate them into the shoot.

If you need to review and approve each individual shot on-site, please contact us in advance so we can schedule additional time and provide a quote for the extended shoot.

We don’t typically budget time to review all images at the end of the shoot. However, if you have questions about 1-2 critical shots, we can accommodate that on-site.

For more extensive review time, please arrange this before the shoot. Additional on-site time may result in an extra charge—contact us for details.

Finished materials are delivered after full payment is received.

Asset Delivery & Editing

We offer next-day delivery on all photo shoots and most video shoots. For larger projects or videos requiring extended editing time, we’ll inform you of the delivery timeline at the time of the shoot. Most videos are delivered within 72 business hours.

Next-day delivery is our standard turnaround and the fastest we can guarantee while maintaining our quality standards.

All deliverables (photos / videos / floor plans / 3D tours) are delivered through the same online system you used to book. We’ll email you a link to access your materials, where you can:

  • View all deliverables
  • Reorder or hide photos for your property website
  • Add a property description and details to the property website
  • Download everything to your computer

You can make edits to your property website through your customer account in our booking platform. Navigate to individual job and you’ll be able to update the information there.

Absolutely. All images are edited and touched up before delivery. We do not deliver unedited materials or provide raw photo or video files.

We recommend having the property as close to 100% ready as possible for the best quality and fastest turnaround. However, we can handle minor touch-ups at no additional cost, including:

  • Small marks on walls
  • Leaves and debris in exterior shots (especially pools)
  • Removal of cords and cables

For larger edits like furniture removal or virtual staging, we can usually help but may charge an additional fee per image.

Note: As of January 2026, major photo alterations must be disclosed in listings. For questions about disclosure requirements, please contact your office or board.
